A taxi station is just located at 佐貫町駅 You can easily to find a taxi. If there is no taxi, you may ask the staff at 佐貫町駅 to call a taxi for you. I think you are better to take a taxi. Cos the taxi fare is not too expensive compare to the bus fare if you have more than 3 people, and the time is faster than the bus.
I suggest you to go there on weekends, as the Farm will operate more events during weekends. You don't need to concern will there be so many people in the farm during weekends. Last time, I go there during their Golden Holiday. The Farm is very very very spcious. You won't find there is so crowd and too many people. FYI, this farm is not so many foreigners to visit. 99% visitors are local Japanese.

Even though you did not go there, your information is very useful and details than me. I have not checked out all details. Especially for the bus schedule. That's way I miss the bus last time.
