My maid sleep around 45 mins-1hr in the afternoon, she sleeps at 10:30 pm and wake up at 6:45 am. But sometimes she need to take care my baby until 11:30 pm, so I don't know this is "so" call compensate.
I have installed a cam at home and can view her everyday....should I tell her not to sleep??
