DO NOT transfer it now. If you do it during divorce discussion, it will look very bad in court!!! Higher chance you will lose as you do something cunning!!!

HK is not US, no need to split 50/50. All depends on how long the marriage is and if the man or woman slept with someone else, how many kids etc. Property bought before the marriage is not included, unless the woman helps pay for it or is living in it.

The longer the marriage, the more the woman gets. but usu not 50/50 even for long marriages. eg. the king of rice cooker (who died recently) divorced his wife a few years ago. He did not give 50%.way way below that.

Just cause she can sue does not mean she can win.

吓, 咩完來喺層樓無出過錢, 就算長命契都分唔到錢 ? touch wood, 我老公都有加我名, 但我無都出過, 萬一離婚即$0.1都分唔到? 我當然唔想有咁既一日啦, 但呢d野好難講架, 但我有野做, 有比錢出來, 負責亞仔的日常支出, 都算家庭的一部份架

If he bought it during the marriage and you are living in it, don't worry. It is called a 'marital home'. You will get a share even if u do not pay, but not neccesarily 50%. If u can prove your contribution towards the family expense, you can get closer to 50%. If you are scared, keep the bank records of how much you pay to the family or ask him to add your name.
