hi hoihoima,

two principles led an interview. one is chinese, another is "ghost". on that day, only 2 children, including my daughter, were interviewed. Interview was conducted in english.

first part was toy-playing (blocks, lego e.t.c). during playing, principles asked some simple questions, such as "what is this", "what is this color". And asked them to follow some instructions, such as "pls give it to mummy" e.t.c

second part was one principle brought a tray which was full of fruits(orange, banana, grapes..). Then asked my daughter "what is this", and "pls select one that is your mummy's favorite, and give to mummy"

third part was sing & dance. I remember the song was "hokey pokey". principle, children and two mummy danced & did the posture together according to the song's lyric.

Hi highhand29,

我囡囡面試完, 我記得兩三日後收到信話收我囡囡, 不過留位費相等一個月學費.

我上星期六去學校幫囡囡做校服, 佢係下午班, 班名叫underwater, 而佢係第10位小朋友加入此班. 即係話我囡囡個班仲有4個名額啦!!

你知道你囡囡讀邊班, 記住話我知, 睇吓做唔做到同學仔...

Anyone knows whether there are additional charges apart from the school fee? E.g. need to pay to buy the Oxford Reading Tree?

Hi Highland29,

My kid was born in Nov 2008, she went to school last Friday coz she got sick last Wed & Thur.

I sure that our kids cannot be classmates, coz the
remaining empty seats of my kid's class are belonged to kids those who were born in Dec 2008. So, I think yr kid is belonged to the 2nd class of p.m session.

Today is the 2nd school day, my kid sang some lyrics
of "jungle bells" tonite after school, I felt very happy. And she sometimes says some words which I dun
understand & listen before. I dunno she speaks
Mandarin or English, coz she juz 24.5 mths now, I
sometimes need to guess wut she said. But finally,
my husband & I still cannot guess wut she said,
haha!!

How did school test yr kid during interview?
