估價跌、借少左、經濟改變收入跌都可能令買家失預算,要準備更多的資金!
It is totally wrong!
for example, the flat is 3M today.
You should have 0.9M cash (30%) if you want to buy it now.
However, if it drops 50% => i.e. 1.5M
Even 一定要有50%cash先買到. Don't forget, the 50% at that moment is 0.75M only!!!!!
If you have 0.9M cash now, then I am 100% sure you 一定有50%cash (and more) if it drops 50%!!!!!!!
