唔好意思！我老公又係申請PR，6月中state sponsored批咗，6月尾入紙移民局，請問移民局是否好耐先批及是否批咗先body check? Check完又幾耐先攞到PR?

If they asked you to do body check, that means all document is now ready. Once the body check is finalized, the visa can be granted in couple of days. But also have to wait for the police check result and this might take up a month.
