Actually she gets time to do the housework when your baby is sleeping in the afternoon. My helper can even prepared dinner before we go home. It's all about time management.
You can also help out taking bath or feed her milk when you come home, so that it saves more time. If you rely on the maid too much, later on your kid will stick with her more than you.
