Agent is. 得X, not super good service. Indeed, I called them up to follow up the whole thing very frequently. For first time employer who is not familiar with the procedure, seems easy to be manipulate by the agent. Plus they don't have a delicate person to follow up your case, all record in the computer.
The main difference I see was 得X provide formal training. Most Small / independent agencies don't have. I saw my current maid got some notes from the training school. However, whether a maid will take the training seriously and remember the training is another problem.
