我都係做HR, 半年前才來到SYD工作, 老實講呢度嘅HR唔好做, 步驟繁複同對勞工例不熟, 外國人比較不太適合做HR. 來了有點後悔因放棄了HK一份好工過來.

我....
之前咩專業都係咁話,
全職揍左囝4年,
英文,普通話都少講左,
係hk搵返野做都難,
過到澳洲真係要做"勞動人口"---繼續揍仔~

咁我又覺得,
揍仔既生活,
係個個國家住都係差不多....

I don't agree..... In HK we can afford maid to help out house works :;pppp: .... here.....

Like me a normal family, I think our living standard in Oz is higher then in HK. At lease house is bigger.

Of course for rich people, it may be same or even worst by living in Oz compare to living in HK.

Only because Lilianlegend is a capable mommy, she can take care her sons on her own without any helper, haha.

I believe all mom in Oz are super capable mom. They all have limited choice to find helper here....

Solely take care of kids may be not much difference in everywhere but the whole picture would be very different.

其實我都有點擔心去到澳洲自己一個湊小朋友, 現在有工人幫手, 無咁捆手, 我老公又唔習慣做家務....

我IELTS speaking得6.5分, 要7分先可以申請學歷認證和申請skill migration, 月頭去咗澳洲睇環境同老公見咗兩份工, 佢地話基本上去個度做, 三年內考返個牌, 基本上就可以即刻申請PR, 話好快成功.... 不過頭兩三年就要去偏遠地區工作, 考咗牌就自由身了...

去咗多次日本旅行, 澳洲人的service就係一般, 基本上佢地懶做野, 有時掛住講野, 試過有sales黑面, 態度差....不過日本人係超級好service, 好難比, 想去澳洲, 都係想有係D乾淨的空氣同自由的法治環境...

澳洲買野真係好貴, 我們往澳洲視察的日子每晚都會自己煮食, 一棵白菜都要差不多四蚊澳紙, ... 食西菜就平.... 但其實香港D食物都好貴, 係taste買日本sweet potato, HK$30得三小塊, 夠煲兩碗糖水咋...

澳洲D野貴, 可能係因為人工都比較高, 我覺得咁樣公平D囉, 就算你係勞動工作的, 都有基本收入保障, 香港貧富懸殊, 好多勞動工作的都生活很困難....

I see from the Immigration website that the minimum requirement for English is IELTS 6.0 for skill migration and relative sponsor. But for state sponsor, it would depend on the skill and each state's requirement.

Can anyone tell me is that correct? It may be too late, I only obtain and average of 6.5 (all above 6 for the 4 units) and have submitted my application for subclass 176.

I guess it depends on your profession. In my case, I have to get all 7.0 or above in all subtests to get my qualification recognised! :(

I tried 3 times already, I got overall 7.5 but not 7.0 or above in all subtests

I've my skill assessed and it did not need the IELTS result. With reference to the point test, mimimum requirement for English is IELTS 6.0 in all 4 units and that would count 10 (or 15, can't remember exactly) points.

Ginger is terrible, $17 to $29 per kg.....

same la...I spent heaps money on my ginger-pork-vinegar 2 years ago.

Ginger always expensive and they are not as good quality as HK ones.

我整姜汁撞奶又ok喎，澳洲d牛奶好過香港，香港買果d什麼牛奶公司啊、維記啊，得一款整到，其它都唔得，我要買保利先得--保利好似又係澳洲出？:lol 呢度求其超市買最平果隻都牛奶，都整到姜汁撞奶
