I live in Oscar By The Sea!
This coming August my son will admit 金巴倫 in Kowloon Tong. Last year I applied 13 kindergartens for interview. I & my son felt very hard.
How's about your arrangment for your son?
其實 my son is studying at Po Ying garden's Deborah International Play school in PreNusery Int'l Class.
I have no comment for this kindergarten. It seems quite good, but I saw some bad opinion about this kindergarten from BK mummy.
I will arrange my son to go to school by school bus! Every month I need to pay around $8xx.- to the school bus driver. Actually I also don't want my son 出城讀書, but my sister-in-law's children are very clever. They all can speak a fluent English sentence with the Filipino helper when they were 3 years old.
So, I want my son having the same standard with all his cousins.
金巴倫 have half day class only! I employed one Filipino maid to take care of my naughty son.
Interview at "金巴倫" is very difficult. The teacher will arrange about 8 - 10 children sitting around the circle. Then, they will play the music and ask the children to pass the ball. When the music stop, the teacher will ask that child one question. Every children also have a chance to answer the teacher's question. At that moment I was very worry that my son could not answer.
My son was born in October. I suggest that your son 做大仔. Coz 大仔 is easy to pass the interview.
I applied St. Catherine & Kentville, but they didn't accept my son. Although they didn't say anything, I think that they don't want to accept 細仔!
I will suggest you that you try to let your son to study Pre-Nursery Class first in order to let him to study more before interview at some famous kindergarten.
Welcome!
Which primary school will you choose?
Which location will you choose??? In TKO or out of TKO?
妙兒,
My son is 細仔. He doesn't know how to speak Cantonese, as he always speak with my maid in English. Actually his speaking is not very clear up to now. He's lucky during the interview. As the teacher showed him one picture and asked him what's that, he answered "Apple".
