I run the chkdsk /f and restart my computer, it works fine.
I checked with the technical forum, I found that the chkdsk will not run if you have "Zone Alarm" software is installed in your computer. You need to uninstall the "Zone Alarm" or you need to upgrade the "Zone Alarm" to version 5.1. 011.000.
