I also think if Ueno Zoo is better or similar to Motherfarm, then it is worth to go to Ueno Zoo as it is closer. Anyone has comment and comparison on both?
Sorry to have typed in English. I'm not sure about the food for feeding because it was my hubby who brought the kids to feed (I was eating with my parents). We brought some bread with I didn't ask whether they used our bread or need to buy there. My hubby is away so I can't ask him now.

I haven't been to motherfarm so I cannot compare it with Ueno zoo. But Ueno zoo is really easy to go. From 新宿, you take the JR"山手線" to 上野. Right across the exit is the Ueno park. You just walk into the Ueno park and about 5 minutes, you will see the Ueno zoo. Very convenient.
I think (but definitely not sure) motherfarm may be more "farm-like" with free walking farm animals. Ueno zoo is a typical zoo but more varieties including wild animals are available.

you said you print out the coupon which registered on internet to buy the fuji-q ticket. Is that the page which confirm all your information ? How much is the ticket you bought after you show the coupon?
I didn't try not following the time shown on the fp so I'm not sure if this can work. You may try and see. The day I went to Disneyland was a weekday so it wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be. This certainly helps a lot in saving queuing time. I didn't have to wait to get most fp except for buzz lightyear which waited for about 5 mins.

1. I think the schedule is from 7:10 to 20:10, one shuttle per hour (7:10, 8:10, 9:10...).
2. Before noon, roughly 11:45 (but that day, there was no traffic).
3. For all the attractions my sons played in Thomasland, no need to pay extra. I think the package includes all attractions within Thomasland.
