yes! i have a colleague who always talking on phone (for almost 2 hours nonstop) or working on her family business. as we are team work, that means if there are jobs queuing up, we have to finish them. normally i (other team members too) took 6-8 jobs a day but she just works on 2-3 jobs a day only. we do report it to the boss, but she blames us that we are not motivating her to work. isn't it funny?
the reason that my boss never scold her is that we are working on shift, and is not easy to find a replacement. as long as all jobs are done on time every day & receive no complaints, that's good enough for my boss.
anyway... it's a long story! "SHE" (the lazy colleague) is the hot topic/gossip of the team every day, we share her laziness performance among the team.
i'm happy that i'm on holiday this week!
