My daughter is now almost 5 months but I have started to exercise about a month ago. I gave birth through C section but my doctor did not tell me to stop exercise until 5 months....
I feel less guilty after exercise (3 times a week) but my tummy is still there, feels like a lot of fat cells and a very think skin still hanging around my abdominal...
i have gained 30lb during pregnancy and have lost about 15lb after baby was born. Then i have gained some back I didn't check how many pounds but I'm sure I have gained it during maternity leaves.
My stomach still very big and looks like 4 months pregnant! I hate it so much!

I am very bad at going to exercise...no discipine at all. Any December 10 mommies want to join and exercise together, try the funky dance in Wanchai area... we can probably share tips on our BB's growth as well.
I am a working mom, so can workout at 7pm on weekdays. Let me know.
