tell her to return home by which day or else that means she breaks the contract and you will inform Imm Dept at once

1/ it's not sure whether it is legally to terminate an employee when she is having holiday (including no pay leave); for my understand it seems illegal when it is appllied to local workers
2/ the registered post is a reminder but not a notication of termination
3/ the setted date for the maid's reply should be reasonable but not long duration or else it's useless to send this registered post for a tricking maid
(if really want to play with the maid, set a close day, say within 5 days; she should call you / SMS for reply if she really concern about the job)
