Your hotel is in 郊區, I think from your hotel to town center will need arround 40 mins by taxi and taxi fee is arround RM60 (return will be RM120

). I think if u want to have seafood, better go to those near 郊區.

If I take taxi to go this restaurant, can I only show the address and the taxi driver know how to go? Is it in downtown? I will live in STAR and first time to go, not sure how to go other famous restaurant like 肉骨茶.

Yes, it is in towm center by showing this address the taxi driver can take u there for RM15. When u come back u can ask the people from the restaurant to book a taxi for u to hotel (RM20).
