My maid normally has Thursday day off.
How about if sometimes she does not take it?

The agent told me to still mark the dates as normal (i.e., she has taken all day off) and ask her to sign but just give the extra money to her seperately (without records).

Is it OK? Grateful for your advice.

That's right! But remember only rest day can but not labour holiday!
