so expensive. wonder if you are using long but still at old price. i have almost change pccw to hut but finally they renew me the offer last two time. finally i need to pay $144 per month but the service is keep ungrade. i am not sure if i am 10M boardband. but so far no cut off and 24hrs broadband.

Yes,my experience told me that PCCW is the most stable ISP and you can connect 4 pc at the same time with wire or wireless.

pccw 不是最好或最快，但我幫朋友整個好多部電腦！
經驗覺得它是最穩定

Good back up services support and connection of PCCW is stable but monthly fees is a bit high.

PCCW個support而家都唔係幾好, 我試過七點幾開始打, 一路打唔通, 留言既機會都冇就要你收線, 九點佢又收工wor, 即係又要等第日, 第日番到屋企, 搞掂埋d野開始打過去啦, 又係咁, 如是者......

上網既黃金時間, 佢就係非辦工時間, 應該改善下~

我又無您講既問題喎(how lucky i am?)

上次我夜晚10點幾打去pccw(not netvigator hotline)既cs度問上網問題，佢幫我test完條電話線話有問題，仲安排個師傅第二日上黎換過晒電話線socket，so far so good~

我之前用和記,之後有HKBN100試用,依家試左4個月,相比下2個都係10MB,但係HKBN100 DOWNLOAD超~~~快,都幾隱定,可以諗下,月費都係$14X

冇理由wor, 佢個support講明到九點咋, 普通個CS(not技術支援)都肯同你TEST?
