we should add to $1XX XXX & if BB left in hospital, all expenses should add extra cost, if left to children's home, also calculate the cost & once they get back the kids, 請找數 & plus interest...if they wait till the kids over 18 years old, then grown up kids should pay back the gov't by doing jobs in the children's home, otherwise, they cannot leave the children's home
Of course, they must sign the paper (agreement) when giving birth in hospital
