I paid $13,8xx for two package(include 2 tiger airline ticket and 4 night hotel-Fragance) and two children tiger airline ticket( about $2,500/ 1 ticket), so, it was not really cheap. I felt unhappy because the agency down-grade the hotel to me after I paid extra $800 for up-grade the hotel(V hotel to Fragance). This is a bad experience and I learn that I should gather more information before I paid. Besides, I find that the service of small agency was bad because no staff respond to me when I want to make a complaint.
Recently, SIA has promotion and the price is lower than I paid. Anyway, I hope all of u have a nice holiday with your family. Thank you for your trip plan. It is really good suggestion.
I approached the committee yet three weeks before. After the intervention of the committee, the travel agency considered to arrange me to V. hotel but insist to cut 4 days breakfast. They also rejected to return the extra $800.
But, I wanted to clarify that the total money is $13,8xx(including 4 days hotel and four person airline tickets).Thank you all of your concern.
The price is a little bit expensive if budget line and hotel is Fragance. The agency is so 'cheap' to cut your breakfast and not return. I suggest you to buy the package in airline company. It is more grantee. Don't buy the product in the small agency again.
In order to save money, I also book Tiger airline to Singapore in August. My children prefer to spend money to play, to eat or to buy something more than to take a comfortable flight. ^_^
