there are lot of cases with the same reason: underpaid, no holiday....
I was in 勞資審裁處 recently, the officer said to me "the court will believe the Indo maid, cos most of the employers really underpaid them "around 99%". The indo maid not usually go to court if we pay them $3580."
I said "the maid signed the receipt". but the officer replied"the maid said I forced her to sign!" I said how can I forced her to sign all 20 signature ar!
anyway勞資審裁處 cannot help you, you will not get fair court there
