Don't worry!

I tried many times to fire bun bun with one month notice, they are not as what you imagine.

But in this last month, try to treat her better, let she feels that we still have hope on she to improve her performance...

Of course, you always needs to observe if she is 黑心

I will reduce the time to eat at home...

If she can stay for 2 weeks, I will assume it is already贊咗

In fact, almost all of them can stay for more than 3 weeks, then I will ask her to go suddenly.

佢對我屋企同份工毫無興趣o架，佢同佢D friend不停係FB擺佢哋D姣相，然後不停講埋D姣屍扽篤的對話。今日放工8點幾返到屋企見佢又匿埋係房，忍唔住潤佢：好似你唔係係我屋企工作，係係到住甘，唔係煮俾細路食，你都要煮俾自己食ga，你用完厨房廁所都要洗ga，你踩過嗰地都要抹ga。跟住我拿起飾柜上幾個m記盒裝hello kitty 公仔，指住嗰幾個無塵四方印，就問佢有無拿起D公仔抹過嗰桓，佢當然話yes, but ....，I then said: I know you will say yes, but ..... you know, I shall ask you to clean it again. 轉頭便走。

講真如果我炒佢，我諗佢都唔會懷恨在心，好快又會揾到水魚，可能有平房獨立厨廁le。佢由嚟嗰日，日沖3次涼，每次25 min，夜晚唔等小妹9點幾刷牙已經去沖涼，又試過大女朝早11點返家無key要係門口等佢25 min 沖完涼開門。手上幾個mobile要係我屋企charging，每日只係煮兩餐無餸飯 (fried eggs / fried vegetables / steamed chicken (pork), as she pretends she dosen't know how to cook or will spoil your food if you ask her to cook other food)，do some simple cleaning (clean the floor with brush and mop, take a cloth to wipe the furniture urface lightly when I walk from my bedroom to the main door every morning)。聽呀女講，佢每日都係匿係厨房、或坐係佢張床講電話，SMS 同上FB，仲要close the door，話過佢唔好D嘢，幾日後又故態復盟，又私下用洗衣機洗佢自己D衫同內衣衭，問佢佢又話唔係。

其實佢差成o甘專業，俾咗一個月通知，都唔會差去邊！多謝有bk mom 提我佢可能會整壞D電器，不過我覺得佢都唔bother o甘做，整爛都要抹同執，重煩到佢la。怕且咪戲都唔做，唔跟指示，乜到唔做law。我都唔鬼理佢，當佢透明。我每日都要返工，鬥佢唔過，無新工人嚟之前，都唔可以pang佢走，俾一個月通知，算係唯一益自己荷包的辦法。

Many thanks for reminding.

In fact, I am looking forward to the day I give her one month's notice. After that, we shall drink distilled water, eat more outside with the girls for dinner, lock all precious and valuable things in my bedroom. In fact, we lived like that when the bad yanyan left in early June and before this bad bunbun came. Shall take care.

佢唔會宜家整壞d 野，差不多夠鐘走佢地就開始 la 。以前我有一個臨走用我地比佢嘅床單當圍裙用黎染髮，眞係好離譜！

未俾通知信，今日已整壞咗個花灑。之前整壞咗個爐頭，仲有整到toilet洗手盤同個浴缸去水塞哂。其實佢用嘢o甘粗，一日未走，都有排整爛嘢，只不過可能俾咗通知信後，會特別在意！

我嗰sunligxx 工人專登唔見咗嗰passport，今日又話要去Philippines CG and ImmD 。10:30 am left home, 叫佢4點鐘返，4點鐘call 佢2次唔聽cut line，4點3覆我，佢話係ImmD，要5點先走得，I said the ImmD will close at 4:30 pm. It is impossible for her to stay there until 5 pm. She has to go at 4:30 pm at the latest. I asked her to go back home by 5 pm (we live on HK Island). Otherwise, she will be on time off of her own. She arrived home at 4:55 pm.

Looking forward to the day I fire her and kick her out of my house.

你即時俾一個月通知佢, 跟住同佢講, 原來網上有衰工人黑名單, 好多斷約既姐姐係冇人請, 睇佢點, 除非佢一心返鄉吓, 如果重要搵食, 應該都有d避忌, 如果佢唔攪大鑊嘢就算, 當然緊係裝個cam係廚房, 見佢有咩唔對路, 即報警, 加埋即炒, 唔駛再等, 佢知你知穿佢, 佢應該唔敢亂黎! 你睇吓得唔得!

真係非常忍! 忍到日日見到佢都想鏟佢去西天！

不過我真係要人睇細佬，舊agent話我請嗰overseas yanyan要過咗indonesian new year先至嚟，我要等到下個星期先可以通知佢！

16年嚟，請過5個buns. All are bad people.

1st - did not care about children, every night did own embroidery until 12 midnight, stole $2,000, left at 2-year full contract
2nd - very proud of herself being a midwive, rich and lazy, always slept with the baby on her bed, held the baby and did not do anything, ask for leave back to Philippines with a few day notice, came back one month later and resigned giving 1 month notice, borrowed money from loan sharks, could not bear her during 1 month and fired her with half-month left, she went to Canada for new job, before going to Canada, whole family came to HK for holiday
3rd - old seafood, put baby on cot all day long and wrote her own letters, always said my children were troubles, did not take care of 2-year old baby and caused her pour hot water on her head, eyes and chest during SARS period, fired with 1-month pay, when she left, she said we were bad people and she was happy to go
4th - overseas, no show, no indication on her FB that she would come during the 2 month waiting period, waste more than $1000 on insurance charged by Philippines government
5th - this post-80 rubbish

No more buns in my life.
