我昨天已打電話去book咗12月26號, 好在早d打去, 原來有間香港旅行社book咗25-27三天160位, 山上既屋仔都比佢哋book得七七八八, 所以如果你哋想住屋仔既就快d打去啦.
收費就$150包4餐住一晚連溫泉&其他康樂設施, 交通費深圳來回$110.

Thanks to introduce us a new hot-spring place. The offer is very attractive. I plan to go there with my friends & family during Christmas holiday, too. I called the hotel yesterday and they confirmed my booking over phone accordingly.

I've no experience with this hotel & I can't find their official website/booklet..... plus I was not requested to pay any deposit for my booking to their end in advance. I would like to check with you (or your friends who used to stay there in past)- Is it their normal procedure to confirm customer booking just over phone???? Will they give any "black and white" copy to customer's keep ref.???? Is this hotel trustable (will they raise up the room charge when we arrive at their hotel???) and secure???

Sorry to give you much question, and hope you can help me, tks.

我都係好似你咁樣經電話book, 沒有black & write, 沒有deposit, 我家姐上次去時都係咁樣, 最後都沒有問題, 你會幾多號去呀? 你有冇同佢哋講話想住山上既屋仔呀?

So, this is their normal procedure. O.K.

I plan to go there on Dec 26 (same as you). We will have 10 people to go together and we need at least 4-5 twin rooms....the lady offer me the rooms (5 rooms together and share with a dinning room) near hot-spring area/ front desk.... This arrangement seems fine to my end. The lady also tell me staying in hill is quite cold by that time. Is her saying true ??? Can you help me to check with your sister if you know what kind of room I've booked. How many days did your sister stayed in hotel from her last trip????

We will go to the hotel from Guang Zhou East railway. The hotel will send coach to pick us from railway station at HK$55/head (round trip). The lady tells me they will need about 2 hours journey from railway station to the hotel. Sound it is quite far away bor.

We may meet each other in there

我剛剛打電話問大約12月30日, 150一位, 但我問如果我由深圳去, 佢話要搭公車, 要3-4小時, 要14人才有酒店車, 要1400元, 請問如果一家三口, 我應該選擇什麼車到此度假村呢? 有人知道香港有否直接巴士或火車呢, 請指教.

Hi, we just came back from hot-spring hotel. Our trip was RMB$150/head (kid below 1.2m is half price $75) including 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner & 1 refreshment meal (at 11.00pm). We requested hotel to pick us up from Guan Zhong East Railway, add't costs $55/head (round trip). The journey (G.Z.east to hotel) took about 2 hours and 15 minutes, quite far away and long distance.......

We have several comment for our trip:
- The traffic lead time was too long. In future, if we went there again, we would rent cab to go there from Shengsheng direction. In this way, we should be able to save at least 1 hour+ traveling time one way.
- the cleanliness of accommodation + hot-spring was just so-so, don't have too much expectation. But, the environment was nice. It was a place filled with pure & natural. Very greenish & valley feel.
- there were not too much kinds of the entertainment, and some of facilities was old.
- We saw 2 tours to check-in after lunch time.
- hotel offered a free circus show to all guests after dinner time. The show was O.K., just felt sorry + guilty to see the hardworking little boys/girls in the circus. I asked my children to treasure their current belongings, as they were lucky than many many people

........
- the hotel didn't open all hot-spring pools. There were just few pools opened for our trip and very crowded at night (after Showtime). We had our hot-spring in the morning after breakfast, as it was just cleaned up

& not much people.

Rather than above, we felt RMB$150 was very good deal for eating. They offered 6-8 dishes + 1 soup to each table for lunch/dinner . All dishes were very delicious (Yummy!!!) & large amount.

We enjoyed eating there (4 meals) and felt the meal was over-valued than what we paid...... In a conclusion, if you are only looking for very short trip and eating (do not request nice accommodation & hot-spring), I will say this is a right place to take into your consideration list.

我都係昨日返嚟, 都係同你一樣覺得食嘢好好, 你有叫司機車你哋去"莊上莊"同"莊明莊"睇吓, 住既環境"莊明莊"比"莊加莊"好, 因為剛剛12月開, 全部設施都好新, 不過價錢就貴小小, 周日至五, 每位188元, 周六日, 每位218元, 別墅式有三間房有6張床, 佢哋可以比住多過6 個人, 平日1500, 周六1700, 以上價錢都包食兩餐正一餐早.
