Hi everyone,

How are you? 很久沒有入來了, sorry. Sometimes, I am just too tired after the whole day exercising with my son, sometimes it just takes too long to load a page. Anyway,I start putting Josh in his own bed room and I have a feeling that I am making myself trouble. He didn’t like sleep on his crib and/or sleep by himself. So he woke up three times a night. It just likes when he was a newborn. Sometimes, I just think it maybe easier if he continues to sleep with us but on the other hand I think it just be harder to move him when he is getting older. Ha, what a dilemma! Hopefully, miracle will happen sometimes. I don’t know if I can stand it for long.

I’m sorry about your shopping experience with Clinique. Have you tried to stop your credit card payment if you still haven’t received your items? I do a lot online shopping too after having Josh, you know no time to go out ma. I shop from Amazon a lot and I think their deal are pretty good la.

I will recommend the birth control patch too - I have not tried it, but my sister says that it works OK for her.

I have an embarrassing question: when I bathe and once I undress myself, milk starts to come out of my breast!

It's so messy.... and I don't have the chance to air my breast (I have to put on my bra really 24/7!) What can I do?

Baby photos are very difficult to be taken.... taking 10 photos and maybe only 1 is good

You should know that too, right? This photo actually is not too good if you see it bigger in size, it's a little bit fuzzy.

I knew what you mean (Just remember the few years you take from your career can provide lifelong benefits to your baby, then everything is worthwhile). But sometimes when I'm looking at some people who I know, at my same age, they have a GREAT career. For me, I spent lots of money from my parents being a foreign student before, working for only few years, and then now becoming a stay home mom. I really think I'm kind of useless.... maybe I just think too much

I'm glad to hear that you are very relaxed with your parents' help. I'm really jealous ah :tongue: About your leaking problem, I had that before. Is Karina eating at your breasts? For me, she's not, so I just pumped out the milk before taking shower.

Is Josh really sleeping with you on the same bed? Carina sleeps on her own crib but the crib is in our bedroom. I'm not sure if it's the same case, but my husband also concerns if she will sleep in different room. Because of our family issue (hard to explain here), she will need to sleep in our bedroom until maybe she's 1-2 years old. I don't know if she will be fine or not, what a tough situation

All,
I finally have a chance to take Corey for his first studio portraits. It didn’t work out well. Corey didn’t smile for most of the time because he focused to “ng ng” while taking the pictures. Obviously, his “pooing face” wasn’t that pretty. Haha. Anyway, it was a nice try and I still be able to choose 2 out of 9 pictures. My next step is to buy a Christmas outfit for him and try a second round of the studio pictures.

希望我生時一日搞掂啦, 咁我就可以出院, 我唔係好鐘意住係醫院... 不過我屋企距離醫院好近, 阿女可以成日去探我既, 或者DADDY同埋奶奶可以帶佢黎探我... 我都不停係咁講住妹妹會同你一間房, 妹妹第二時會同你玩...諸如此類既說話... 希望佢會記得DD啦. 不過都係果句...同佢講野佢多數當我無到....

therefore, we have to thanks for the technology, if they don't develop ditigal camera... I bet.. my pocket would be broken by now.. ha ha.. just to pay for the film...
now Amanda got 52 albums.. about 2000 pictures and all of them are good picture.. but the count of... only 2 out of 10 which as a mother, I can accept to keep them.. I guess.. I took more than 10,000 for Amanda and only keep 2,000 of them.. see... I love technology!!! hooray!!!

When we took Amanda for her first picture.. she doesn't smile at all too.. so you need to choose a good time.. also practise at home as well.. by taking his picture.. this is the way for him to understand.. he needs to smile to the camera..
after 2 years practise, Amanda smiles very natural in front of the camera.. hee hee..
and I wish to see your son's pic soon

Don't think too much, just enjoy the time you're with the baby. I know it's hard...maybe you can find part time for now

Trust me, as Carina gets a little older, she'll be alot easier to deal with. Like Natalie, she is just another person in the house...walking around and doing her own thing. She is sitting next to me on the couch watching cartoons while I surf the net

Yes. Josh is sleeping in the same bed with us. That’s why it is so hard to move him in separate room. Actually, We have moved Josh in separate room when he was three months old. However, my sister visited me afterward and we put him in our bed since then. If I know it is so hard to move him back, I should let him stay with my sister la….

Where did you go? I just went to Toronto to visit my husband’s cousin couple weeks ago. Perhaps because we just stayed there for three days, I actually quite enjoy my stay in Toronto. People seem nicer and the city looks cleaner than NY. And we had a lot of Hong Kong style Chinese food. Yummy yummy.

we went to toronto, from Oct 14 to 18, for 5 days as I got 6 days off from work.. so we took Amanda for a trip... Food there was really yummy, especially the egg roll from Pacific plaza.. very nice.. Food is so Hong Kong style..
we booked Days Inn and holiday Inn for the whole trip, from Niagara fall to toronto, Quebec then back to new york..

I am so impress, I thought that it will be a bad idea to drive to Canada with Amanda, however, we started driving at 11am, arrived in Niagara Fall at almost 10pm as we stopped so many times to service area for Amanda to go to bathroom.. she did really well.. no cranky for the whole trip.. I can't believe that this little 2 years old fair lady, she can take this 5 days trip so easy.. However, after the trip.. one day we took her to New Jersey, Toysrus (Kid's world), we found out that --> she enjoys to stay in Kid's world more than the trip to Toronto, so I told Fat bear bear husband.. that we don't need to take her for inter states travel.. as wherever we bring her to, seems... Kid's world is the best place for her!! *sigh*

I am going to manage Amanda's pic (trip to Canada), then I will post them up here..

Woo.. after 4 night shifts in a row, I got a break today, and then another 2 night shifts... break on Thursday.. then work on Friday night again.. then!!! hee hee.. my Halloween holiday!! yeah!!
