another group of friends also complained the same: the receptionist of southern tower is not helpful, even they can help. They don't have bell boy to help you. They are not willing to print the map to you... When they see my kids run around the lobby, their facial expressions are so disgusting...
My friends said cos it a business type hotel, target guest is businessman.
And the schedule of lim. bus to airport is infrequent. You will arrive the airport too early or little rush.
BUT, I WILL CHOOSE THIS HOTEL AGAIN NEXT TIME because its really really convenient. The way from JR station is clean and almost all way is pedestrian road : free for young kids to run. and only one straight way to station and need around 3-5 mins.
last time I went to " shinjuku station" lim bus terminal to take lim bus. I have two young children, my mother, my maid... if I take the lim bus at 3 pm something, I'm afraid we will be too rush. So that I prefer to take 660 yen taxi to shinjuku station and get a more frequent schedule ( as we don't want to arrive airport too early )
yes, the receptionist told me that they don't have bell boy !! ?-( you know, the lobby located at 18/F ( ?? or 20/F ??), but the lim bus stop at G/F, we need to take luggages, hand carry, baby strollers and take care two young kids... little bit difficult. When I ask the receptionist to go down to help my husband, one of them use the extremely "slow motion" to go down ( at that time i saw he's singing !! )
anyways, it got a good location.
You can leave your luggage at the hotel counter
after you had checked out. I check out at 10:00 AM
and return to hotel and pickup my luggage at 15:30
and take the 16:12 Narita Express and arrival at
Airport T2 at 17:25.
Beware of the traffic if take the limo bus. It took me
2.5 hours from airport to hotel. If you take the Narita
express from Shinjuku JR to Airport, please
remember to buy the ticket 1 day advance.
