I spend around HK$5,000 per month for my fitness expenses

Actually, I tried to do the M6 course for 2 months already. I will try to cut the M6 course for twice a week later in order to cut down the expenses

Although I spend so much on the beauty aspect, I still think it is OK because I can keep myself young, fit and healthy

The Fitness Club which I join is called Pure Yoga. It is located at 14/F, The Peninsula Office Tower, Tsimshatsui.

You can call at 81298800 for a free lesson for any yoga class. But I prefer you to choose hot yoga. The feeling of sweating is so good
