there are different requirements between normal working permit to Domestic Helper working permit. So all the Domestic Helper must follow the normal working permit requirements.

2. The reason why must employ the foreigner not HK Local people
3. Working experiences
4. Professional or not
5. The size of the company and the annual turnover
Their Benefits must need to change - If nothing stated in the employment contract everything will be treated as same as HK Local worker.
- Health insurance - may or may not provided by the employer (as now is a must)
- must have Probation period
- Air ticket (as they are going to treat HK as their living place, no point to get it for them)
