My helper borrowed money from me twice already. We signed the agreement to make deduction from her salary monthly during a certain period and the agreement has been followed. I trust she won't open her month if she has other way to solve her financial problem. If I were her, to borrow money from my boss must be the last method I can choose. So put yourself in her shoes and try to help her since you are living together. Of course there is risk that she tells a lie. I prefer to trust her since I have no way to find the truth.
