我都住星河! 1個字「好」

近地鐵,有商場,管理費超平,煙花景觀(我住35樓以上),不過我將三房改兩房!!如果講好住,01同05單位最好,不過好少人放盤喎!!

樓齡較新唔實用都預左
但星河實用率實在低
7百幾呎大單位
都俾唔到人有寬敞既感覺

老實講,3間房係細咗少少,但如果改兩房都幾有驚喜ga!我間房擺兩枱麻雀都仲有位剩

睇完都唔太信係三房

論交通：無得頂，地鐡上盍，打風都唔驚

論環境：市區有咁開掦，同其他樓有咁遠的佢離（望甲屋例外）算係咁

論實用：６００幾有３房，重想點

論間格：細房只可放下一張２．５feet的單人床 :cry:

yes, my fd live in 5/f and have 3 balconies...

originally, i think it's good....with much space ma...

but the rooms are not big enough....with a v. long corridor ar...

so, i buy hilltop gardens....with v. fresh air( next to 飛蛾山 ) + seaview lee....we can see kaitak airport tim....and not too faraway from diamond hill....and 實用率is much higher than galaxia....we love it v. much...

but since we have baby....and will employ maid soon...want to change to a larger flat lee...

anyone interest?? we're thinking to sell it leee......
