可以食魚架,唔一家淨食瘦肉.
仲有"佛手瓜"都好正氣架.我地煮過佛手瓜+蜜棗湯,正, 超甜.
或炒佛手瓜,都好好味架.

I do not select too much. with vegetables and some meat (fish, pork or beef), etc. But I sometimes change my appetize, sometimes I like to eat korean food, sometimes noodles, sometimes rice, bbq pork, etc. Today I longed for instant noodles (I seldome eat) but I can't stand it so I ordered it in a 'cha chan ting' during lunch.

But I will try not to drink soft drinks, cold drinks, and drinks that is very sweet.

I did not have morning sick..again..this time. I always feel hungry even after dinner. But I try not too eat too full, because last time I gained 40 lbs and the baby is about 7lb 2oz. I think while getting older, it is not so easy to reduce excessive weights after giving birth.

yeah...me too...i have control my diet too....i tried not to eat that much rice ...caz last time i was 172lbs when i was full-term...my baby was 7lb13oz

Regarding the diet, a senior medical supervisor told me last year, RICE NOODLE ( 米粉) is one of the best. For your information.

Thank semami for your advice (rice noodles).
I will try to control a bit my diet.....but today I am long for baked potato, so I ate it as my lunch...I will try to skip any afternoon snack...
