I had bad experience with this company today. The company is wholesale, not care about small order of less than HKD500. Sales people too busy to answer calls.
Despite my warning, my friend Irene called the company to order a beef shank for roasting yesterday. The male sales rep did not want to take her order.
She asked how heavy is the beef. He said very very big. She asked what is the weight of the smallest piece. He said 6-8 kg. She asked him to cut it into 2 pieces of 4 kg for her. He said we cannot and will charge you a more expensive price no matter how many pieces you want us to cut it into. She then said give me 2 pieces of 4 kg each.
There is no delivery until after Dec 26 so my friend is going to Aberdeen to pick up her beef this afternoon. She is willing to try because the line in Wo Hing Hong Causeway Bay is too long. She will report her experience tonite.
If you want to order from this company, think twice. The work attitude of the male sales rep taking order is BAD. And it is not a single case.
My friend said the quality of the beef is good. The young man at the desk for pickup in Aberdeen is polite. But the man taking the order by phone is rude. Company will only deliver if order is over HKD500.
