Perhaps you can repeat the same steps as MCHC nurse on your own. I had plugged milk duct once, the upper side of my right breast was hardened, hot bath and massage not helped. Finally I learnt on the internet on how applying pressure massage, it was very painful but after couple massages it finally flew to my nipple and formed a milk blister, I poked it open with a needle and the milk started to flow out, the problem slowly cleared away after a month.
Your case sound a lot more severe than mine, but nevertheless is worth a try, I followed the pressure massage steps in here

thanks, i tried as your web page suggested, it help a bit, some very thick and yellow milk squeezed through nipple.. at least better than other method i tried, as i pushed the lumps all the way to the area under the nipple, it's like a duck egg's size, then nothing much came out and the area around nipple is still very hard... i dunno what to do now, but start to re-lactate my normal breast...
