I asked Doctor Chan last week because I planned to have C-section by her. My due date is 8 April. She said HK$10,000 for her and HK$3000 for the 全身麻醉師費, HK$4000 for 半身麻醉師費, and she said no need to join package.
But her speaking tone is very fast and everytime the consulation time only cost 10 mins.
My plan is same as you. but budget should increase to 30K-32K. It depends on how many days you stay at the hospital and if your baby need .照燈, then it will be much more expensive. The BK sister said Ms. Chan fee included 兒科&巡房, so I think is reasonable.
One of my friend delivered by her at last Aug. She recommended Dr. Chan to me.
