As long as the pan is heated completely (2-3 minutes), it is non-stick. The skin of the fish is crispy and my kid loves it.
It is fantastic in making scramble egg (or fry egg) - heat the pan and add oil, bring to high heat, off the fire, pour in the liquid mixture and stir fry until fluffy.

Le Creuset is heavy. We use the spatula to take the things out rather than pouring out with one hand holding the pan. I use mine for few years already and still in good shape while I have replaced my non-stick one a few times already. I need a non-stick one to cook certain things which requires low conduction of heat.
It is long lasting and has less harm to health (nothing would come off). The more and frequent you use, the better would be the condition of the pan. It is particular good in frying fish resulting in cripsy skin and frying eggs with fluffy and smooth outcome.
