After reading all the above, i find myself very lucky.
I am the third employer of my helper. When i interviewed her, she was terminated twice, only work for each of the employers for 5 months (i.e. 5 month for 1st and 5 month for 2nd employer). She said she give 1 month notice to the previous 2 employers, the 1st one is because she cannot co-operate with another indo-helper but her ma'am is very good, the 2nd one is because the ma'am move back to the parents' house, and no room for her, she need to sleep on the floor and easy to get sick.
Maybe at that time, i was pregnant for 7 months, and in a hurry to find a helper, and the agent choose 3 helpers for me to have interview, she is the best in among the 3, so i choose her. Now she is still working for me, her performance in almost everything is very good, hard working, put heart to take care of my son, quick response to my request, except she always has financial problem, always asking me to borrow money or have salary in advance. and also, i have lost a gold necklace. I am wondering if i should renew her contract or not.
If you can choose, i mean not in a hurry, you can choose a better one as suggested by others above.
