How can you distinguish if it's the bb's hand or foot? I can't... and can only guess from bb's position. When something sticks out near the bottom of the tummy, I guess it's her hand; if something sticks out near the top, I guess it's her foot. But whenever I tied to touch it, my bb will retreat, always playing hide and seek with me and her daddy. :-(
