I have picked up jogging since 2009 and been jogging for an hour (outdoor) daily for at least 9 months before I fall pregnant. Stopped my usual routine for the first trimester, start jogging (~8.5kmph) the same routine for 3-4 times a week when week 10. No major issue so far. Feeling more energetic afterwards. Consulted Dr that no reason for not exercsing during pregnancy, unless there are signs of miscarriage or other preg related complication. As long as you feel fine, exercise in moderation is good for both mom and bb.
