my parents and my aunt come to my house to help me this afternoon so i am a bit free.
i just want to clarify that i did not just sit here and let the maid to do what she want, the truth is i 'lecture' her everytime when she failed to reach my standard. for example, she has been watching me bathing my baby for 1 month, i ask her to try and she still fail to take the right stuff for bathing....i have to do it again. the pt is (1) i have no confident in her and think that teaching her is wasting my time. i treat her nicely, so nice that i ask my husband to bring her to the nearest catholic church when i was 9-mth pregnant, now, i lost my patience. i have been repeating and repeating the same thing to her for thousand times (2) she doesn't understand even simple english,like baby's bed, she think it's the baby's cupboard!!! (3)the agency cannot help much and i would rather have a maid who has solid recommendation of the ex-employers.
