在你開的題目答了你﹐現抄過來答多次。

領事館規矩係要係HK出機票﹐出示一年open ticket 才批申請﹐或出示已在港訂了機票﹐可在菲律賓pick up機票既單據。所以都係要俾左錢先﹐會有工人反口唔黎既危險﹐想安全d﹐可試下買refundable ticket。

我之前個工人係HK請﹐但要先回菲律賓再返HK。所以我叫工人自己攪機票﹐到港才付款俾佢﹐保險d。

張機票係咪一定要open﹐依正規矩就係﹐我去攪手續時﹐個officer仲再三驗證張機票係咪open。個工人買左張open機票﹐但機票上都求其寫一個日子﹐係一年內可以隨意轉日期那一種。

I got the answer from the OWWA(the consulate won't answer this and asked me to call the OWWA); they said this is according the contract I signed with the may, pay by me. That means each contract need to pay$200. When I post this out, sounds nobody knows about it is nobody follow the contract and the maid didn't ask for.(as I haven't found the paper, if you have, can you post it out here?)
