I have a question, if in 自行派位 stage, my son has no extra pts at all, i.e. not first child, not sibling, Daddy not old boy, then is it useless to submit form? Is it I should just submit form for lucky stage?
Agree to file a complain. I remembered that few years ago, a representative from the education bureau explained publicly about the lucky draw mechanism that places are assigned according to the number and the wish priority. I.e. Priority 1 has higher priority than 2, so only when seats are not yet filled up in priority 1, then the remaining seats would be released to priority 2. It has to be like this.
