Even higher price, I would rather select 藍田匯景 because;
1) less high density (匯景 only 28-34 /F, but 峻瀅 45/F)
2) 80% vs 75% in actual floor area
3) East Kowloon will be new CBD ( The 2nd Central in Hong Kong) (rental demand will be high in the coming future)
4) 匯景 has a very big and good private garden
5) much better school zone with good kindergarten
6) proximity to future cruise terminal (rental demand will be high in the coming future)
