fong fong's interview is actually very easy at that time, just asked my son to put few blocks into the cup. teacher asked whether my son can say daddy and mummy, i said yes. Teacher also tried to ask my son "what is your name" but my son didnt say anything as he couldnt speak at that time. my son can only speak properly at 2.5 yrs :p
we also had an interview at Luk Yeung. I rmb only let them to play some toys too. not something difficult. they gave my son an offer but we finally picked fong fong.
however, i heard that these two years the competitions are so big....i'm also worrying!!!
my little girl havent joined any playgroup now. but I am lining up for the playgroup for her at Bambini Republic. likely will have seats in mid Aug.
my son is 5 yrs old now. he is learning phonics at Jolly Clown at Nam Fung. all are English Native speaker teachers. they also have playgroup but need to be at age of 1.5 yrs old. so, i may take my little girl there later when she is 1.5 yrs old.
As my husband is from the UK, he doesnt like forcing kids to learn. I studied in HK and I know the pressure. I also dont want my kids have too much pressure on study. So, we picked international school for my son. He will go to primary 1 this aug. Right now, he has motivation to learn by himself. never said to me: I dont want to go to school, mami !!!
is your son very active ? can try baby gym. but seems none in Tsuen wan. need to go to TST Little Gym or Kiddy Gym at CWB. Kiddy gym is quite good. but now I have two kids so I need to manage the schedule better !
