do you have experience working for both big and small company.
if you used to work for big company, it is very hard to work for small....even name card...small company has no budget, so will print/order week by week.
travel arrangement - no corp rate at small company.
big company - a lot of rules / company policy...but better beneift, can you don't need to do everything 打雜, probably toilet maintenance is your issue.
