China is recovering:

see Sep12 railway fixed asset investment up 93% (Aug12 only up 30%)

And Chinese developers are buying land again (see 保利一天“造”两地王); if developers buy more land and are able to maintain the current contract sale pace, then new construction start will speed up and thus real estate fixed asset investment will resume growth again

If both railway and real estate fixed asset investment improves, China's economy will likely recover
