Making a big size baby is not really necessary but making a healthy baby is more important! I eat properly every day with 2 fruits+ at least 2 bowls of vegetable+ 2 cups of skimmed/hi-cal low fat milk+ 6兩meat( 1兩=a size of ping pong ball )+ one bowl of rice per meal . Also like to drink fish soup( not \"old fire soup\"... Just boil for 30mins with most of the nutrient retained ). Weekly/bi monthly 花膠soup. I consulted by dietitian to draft this menu for me with good nutrient coverage and enough calories intake!
