Great, it's good to have an active boy. You know, children's concetration ability is not very good. 5 minutes can mean an hour to them. So sitting still 10 minutes is a good behaviour. If you boy sit properly for 10 minutes, praise him, telling him that he's behaving well. If he has finished his meal, it's meaningless to keep him on the highchair, let him go. Watching TV is not very bad but you have to make sure what your son is watching. I rather let my girl listen to her favourite music than watching TV. If you really don't want him to watch too much TV, you can try to develop his habit to another area, maybe playing another toys, cooking set, will be wonderful and he can imitate himself into a good cook and feed the teddy bear.
It's important to keep a good habit when he's young, don't chase around the table and feed him. You have to let him know "you can go after your meal".
windian,
usually, underweight babies will catch up with normal size babies when reaching 2. no worries at all. as long as he's healthy, happy and active, it's very good.
Siulowbo, thanks for your suggestions and time. I felt much better after reading your comments. About my baby's reactions after vomit - he felt so happy & active after vomit everytime. Accordingly, I should not be too worry. I agreed with your comments.
