That's true, you better pay on time, Otherwise, you can't stay there for one full year.
No matter rent will go up or down one year later, you have already taken one year's advantage from your landlord. If rent droped after one year, I don't think you will pay the increased rent anyway.
Furthermore, if your landlord could not increase your rent, but by law, he has to let you stay there for one more year, and you are saying that he still have no hard feeling. That shows either your landlord is an excellent actor or you need to check your sensors.![]()
Oh! by the way, I am not insterest to discuss with you regarding rent is better or buying is better. I just don't like ppl who like to take advantage of others.
