redwood city house 前part 2 bedroom 1 kitchen 1 bathroom 1living room&dining room
未問價錢詳情，只係睇過幾張相，但redwood city係米離sunnyvale好遠？環境如何？係米無咁方便？

大約16里路程，揸車唔塞車25分鐘車路，塞車就好難講，
不過Redwood City係比較細嘅City，冇Sunnyvale咁方便多華人。

check out craigslist.org

the rent in Sunnyvale is not cheap although in the not good school district becoz of the convenience and lots of Indians, Chinese and Hispanics/Mexicans.
since its rent is not cheap anyway, u can try to look for the places in the Cupertino school district. part of the zip code 94087 of Sunnyvale is in the Cupertino school district which offer good public schools but mostly Indians and Chinese.

the rent and house prices in Redwood City are cheap but public schools are so-so. lots of Hispanics there. if you consider sending your kids to private school, it's a good choice to live as it's pretty convenient (not too far from Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, etc.)

Mountain View is also good place to live but rent is not cheap as well even in the not so good school district. if u consider living in Mountain View, try to look for the places in the Los Altos school district. part of the zip code of Moutain View 94040 (if i remember correctly) is in the Los Altos school district.

yes, i think it'll be a little more convenient for u to live in Cupertino if you're not driving but the house prices in Cupertino are not cheap. mostly Indians and Chinese in there.

i heard from my friend that u could rent a condo or apartment in Cupertino for about $2000, but i guess it might be 2-bedroom only and not so nice ones ...

again, check out craigslist.org

我老公以前o係redwood city 番工, 果頭商業大廈多, 無咩中國野, 去Sunnyvale 定係上SF 都兩頭唔到岸, 20-30 分鐘車. 你先生番工係彈性時間定係office hour? 我老公以前番工20 分鐘到公司, 番朝9 晚5 果排, 塞個零鐘車先番到屋企.

呢種分開前後屋租既, 兩房多數千零二千蚊度. 如果你租呢種house, 你地過到黎打開份星島日報中間d classified post 勁多廣告. 有d 業主見你地一家當新移民, 唔check credit 都得.

但Preschool都有public? 同Private 既學費差幾遠？邊類好d? 我老公攞working visa, 我女都可以讀public school?

no, not that i know! unless for low-income in oakland, SF chinatown.

同Private 既學費差幾遠？邊類好d?
public is free but donation maybe $500-1000/year
private $700-2500/month.

我老公攞working visa, 我女都可以讀public school?
yes.

almost all stuffs can be purchased in here.

其實redwood city可以坐caltrain嘛。
由車站到屋企或公司又可能有shuttle到。

如果佢收你友情價諗住你哋當幫佢看屋，可以考慮吓，唔駛check credit history又唔怕有咖喱味，佢又可以話比你哋知個neighborhood係點。

不如你去google map, 打公司地址，大概知道sunnyvale喺邊，同三藩市差幾遠，熟識吓隔離幾個city嘅位置，有個概念。再打埋間屋個地址，會check到揸車要幾耐，當然呢個時間係assume no traffic, 但心目中有個數先。

Preschool有D都收兩歲，普遍係3歲已經potty trained，再細D果D係叫托兒所。
SF Preschool有好少量係政府嘅，但會俾低收入家庭先到其他人，
我識人由BB時已經報名排隊，到個仔入小學都未等到，
私人Preschool以SF為例，800至1500一個月不等，好多要自己帶lunch添。

幾多星級既酒店都係得1 個housekeeper 執房, 多數係中國人同墨墨, 唔似以前2-3 個人執1 間房, 所以都幾污糟下.
