I brought Keefe there when he was 6 months old. He enjoys it so much that's why I enrolled him the summer class also. However, I found the birds class have too many babies around 15 babies each classs. Sometimes it's hard for the instructors to take care of them. How about your a.m. class? Does Raphael enjoy it too?
By the way, May I know if you bought the flash cards already? Is it worth to buy? Please share your thoughts. Thank you.
Well, it seems that Raphael is the only one who can't walk in the am class. Most of the kids look so big, they can run and throw ball even with 1 hand. I am considering to change back to the pm session. Let me observe 1 more week.
Regarding the flash cards, I've got 1 set of dot cards and 1 set of English word only. I believe there are many ways to "teach" baby, like reading books, taking him out and introduce things around to him, etc. One of the reason I like flash card is it is "quick". As I am a working mom, I don't have much time to "teach" my baby. By flashing cards, which takes only one second per card, it can fulfill this "mission".
I will make some Chinese cards myself perhaps from next month.
Can you tell me where to buy those flash cards? How can I use the flash cards to teach BB? What is the response of BB after showing the cards to him?
Thanks for your information.
Hi, thanks so much for your valued information. In the p.m. class, babies are also looks BIG and they can walk and run around. It seems that my son is the youngest one in the class now. This morning I am very happy cozs my son finally knows how to shake "BYE BYE" hand. I have been teaching him more than 6 months la, he is a lazy boy. You know, I am also a working mom and don't have much time to teach him. I fully nderstand your feelings. Look forward to seeing you very soon. Thanks so much!! :-P
I planned to bring her to a playgroup when she is 18 mths old (1.5 yr old). Being a mother of 3, my experience, being with parents + playing with them and other kids of similar age + going to the countryside is enough to stimulate the bb.
