It just a start. 中國銀行 trade so good today, hitting $3.625 with highest turnover of $2.8 billion. Short sell is only $47 million, much less than anyday of last week. 3988 chart performed well. Now there is no more resistance. Once piercing through $3.575, there should be somewhat a much higher price.
If we based on the first rising wave from 2.95 to 3.575(i.e. $0.625 ), the potential rockect value should be $4.2 ($3.575+0.625). Even if we look at the first correction phase from $3.575 to 3.275 (i.e. $0.3), 3988 should at least rise to 3.875 ($3.575+0.3).
I read the mainland news that 3988 can hit RMB4.5 on Wednesday, equivalent to HK$4.35. Thus, $4 is not a dream, at least that could come true in July!
5) Goldman may release a strong-buy report of 3988 at target price $4.5 next week (Goldman target of 3328 is $5)
